The Mountain Road Technology Park will create a technology-ready campus along Route 33/Mountain Road that reflects Hanover County’s long-term economic and land-use goals. The project will deliver a site consistent with county plans for future data center users, while enhancing local infrastructure, and strengthening the County’s tax base through private investment.
Key Highlights:
- 428 acres within the Mountain Road Gateway Economic Development Zone
- Consistent with County-adopted plans for data centers, light industrial and clean technology uses
- Privately funded improvements for power, water, road, and other utility systems
- Significant natural buffers and setbacks from neighboring properties
- Trails and open spaces along the Chickahominy River and Grassy Swamp Creek
